Our compost is Approved Organic by the Soil Association, BioDynamic by the BioDynamic Association and certified Vegan by the Vegan Society. Giving you all the guarantees you need for a fully traceable, eco-friendly, chemical free and 100% sustainable product. Made using our unique plant feed, our organic peat free compost offers you the organic alternative to peat-based and green-waste growing media.
When added as a mulch to your vegetable or flower beds the compost will improve the long-term structure and organic matter content of your soil. Suitable for outdoor and indoor plants, our multi purpose compost can be used for container and pot grown plants, established seedlings and trees.
If you are using the compost to sow seeds or plant young seedlings, we recommend you mix in at a ratio of 50:50 some soil, sand or coir. This will help to hold in the moisture in shallow trays and aerate the compost for the seeds to germinate and the delicate roots to develop. When you pot on your seedlings, mix some of our plant feed and soil conditioner in to the compost to provide the slow release nutrients your young seedlings will need.
Top up the nutrients with our liquid feed throughout the year, and you will have the best yields and blooms ever!

I bought 2 bags of your organic compost to sow my spring seeds and nothing grew - not one seedling - after 2 months in a greenhouse - it was as though the compost was sterile - I wondered if there was something wrong with the batch? My neighbour also bought the same compost and she had a similar experience.
If I was a plant I'd love to be planted in this compost - it's delicious! A pleasure to work with - no horrible lumps or anything that shouldn't be there. I will definitely buy it again
Beautiful compost, so fine and very easy to work with . I love it !
I have been using the fertiliser and the compost for a while now.
It’s perfect and sustainable.
I’m a first time grower and did lots of research before investing in the right growing medium. I used this in my vegepod and after 2 weeks the pictures taken in April show they look. Highly recommend for the organic gardener.
My first year of using the Organic Natural Compost and my new ‘go to’ for when I don’t have enough compost of my own, from the garden, I mix the two together to make it go further.
Great texture and both the greenhouse plants and outdoor veggies are seeming to thrive on it. Highly recommend.
My plants are so much happier after getting this compost, the veggies that were wilting are now absolutely flourishing. Should see how much the calabrese broccoli has grown in just a few days! :')
I got my orders very quickly and in good condition. I am really happy with the compost and the liquid fertiliser that I have used so far.
I think all of your products are of excellent quality and am recommending to others.
Excellent customer service. Quick response and delivery to Northern Ireland which most companies dont deliver to anymore.
Compost is a really good quality and a free bag of plant/veg food with order.
I will definitely order from this company again.
Beautiful black crumbly rich looking compost. Looks like what compost used to be like. It does appear to me to be of superior quality to many I’ve used recently. I’ll review again when I see how well my vegetables task and appear at harvesting time this year.
Thank you for selling exactly what I’ve been looking for.
Great quality compost, good fine texture with no large woody bits as common in some sustainable composts. Has made a very good indoor compost plants seem very happy in.
I've used this compost for the first time this year and really liked it. Lovely crumbly texture without the big lumps, sticks and stones you get in some compost. Things seemed to grow quite while, but I hope I'll get a better idea this year.
I'm no expert, but it seems like dark, nutrient-rich soil. I mostly use this brand because it's vegan, but I also like how smooth and even it is. I like that it's produced in the UK by a UK business, and it seems like a really good price for the quality.
While I have experience in gardening, I am new to "gardening in pots". I have been professionally advised on Natural Grower products during a telephone conversation. I am satisfied with my plantations . Also, my order was delivered as promised the following day.
Gardening organically is a more affordable and long term alternative to using chemical fertilisers. Natural Grower products eliminate waste because the nutrients are slowly released to the plants as they need them. Over the long-term you save money because your soil health naturally improves, which in turn produces healthier, stronger, disease resistant plants. Chemical products may cost less financially in the short term, but they don’t provide any long-term benefits and the damage they do to the natural eco-system in the soil is costly.
Slow release for sustained growth
Organic fertilisers are broken down slowly by organisms in the soil to produce a more measured, consistent, natural release of nutrients. This results in uniform growth with strong stems and leaves, unlike chemical fertilisers which provide a sudden boost resulting in tall lanky plants. Stronger plants are more resistant to disease, and with the presence of mycorrizhal fungi to strengthen the roots, the plants, soil and fungi all work together long-term to create the perfect natural eco-system.
Love your land
The organic matter in Natural Grower will help keep your soil or compost in optimum condition, retain moisture over the dry summer months and improve the health and structure of your soil. The presence of natural Mycorrhizal fungi in our products enhances root growth, enabling plants to extract nutrients and absorb water more efficiently from the soil or compost. By using our products you will be supporting and enhancing the natural eco-system in the soil.
Embrace sustainability
Natural Grower’s chemical free fertiliser products are approved organic, biodynamic and vegan. Plant-based and free from chemicals they are safe to use around wildlife, pets and children. Eco-friendly and sustainably produced in the UK. Our packaging is made from recycled plastic where possible and is all 100% recyclable. We are always happy to refill used containers, and often sell our products in reused containers or slightly damaged packaging at a reduced price. Reduce, reuse, recycle.
