We have teamed up with another family run company to bring you the first of our 2023 GIVEAWAYS!

Shell on Earth, is a family business from New Quay in West Wales. They recycle the whelk shells generated at their seafood processing company, for use with houseplants and in gardens and landscaping. Ideal for garden borders, beds, rockeries or as an indoor and outdoor plant pot topper. The crushed shells can also be used as a drainage layer or added to soil for aeration. It also works well as a gentle, natural slug deterrent when a generous layer is added around the base of plants.

The prize is:

• 1 bag of peat free compost, a pouch of feed and a 2 litre bottle of fertiliser from us at Natural Grower
• 1 fully compostable XL bag of crushed whelk shells, biodegradable seed trays and grow pots and a stainless steel compost scoop from Shell On Earth
