Why use Plant Feed & Soil Improver and Liquid Fertiliser together?
The two products perform different but complementary roles. Plant Feed & Soil Improver provides slow-release nutrients while adding organic matter and improving soil structure. Natural Liquid Fertiliser provides a readily available source of nutrients for regular weekly feeding during the growing season.
Used together, they provide a simple way to support both the soil and the plants growing in it.
How do I use the Plant Feed & Soil Improver?
There are three simple ways to use Natural Grower Plant Feed & Soil Improver:
When planting: Add approximately two handfuls directly into the planting hole before planting.
As a mulch or top dressing: Spread a 1–2 inch layer over the surface of your soil or compost around established plants.
Mixed into soil or compost: Mix 1 part Plant Feed & Soil Improver with 5 parts soil or compost before planting.
How does Plant Feed & Soil Improver help the soil?
Natural Grower Plant Feed & Soil Improver adds organic matter to the soil while providing slow-release nutrients. It is gradually broken down by earthworms and other organisms living in the soil, helping to improve soil structure and create a healthy growing environment for plants.
When mixed into soil or compost, or applied to the surface as a mulch, it also helps retain moisture and suppress weed growth.
When should I use Plant Feed & Soil Improver?
Spring and autumn are both excellent times to apply Natural Grower Plant Feed & Soil Improver.
In Spring, add it to beds, borders, pots and planting holes to provide slow-release nutrients and organic matter as plants begin their main growing season.
In Autumn, spread a 1–2 inch layer over the soil around established plants as a mulch or top dressing. Earthworms and other soil organisms will gradually work the organic matter into the soil over autumn and winter, helping to improve the soil ready for spring.
How do I dilute the Liquid Fertiliser?
Dilute 100ml of Natural Grower Liquid Fertiliser in 5 litres of water. The 2L bottle has a dosing cap to make measuring easy:
2 capfuls = 100ml
Add 2 capfuls to 5 litres of water
Apply the diluted feed around the base of your plants. The same dilution rate can be used for indoor and outdoor plants.
How much liquid feed does the 2L bottle make?
One 2L bottle makes up to 100 litres of diluted plant feed when used at the recommended dilution rate of 100ml to 5 litres of water.
How often should I use the Liquid Fertiliser?
Feed plants once a week throughout the growing season when they are actively growing, flowering and fruiting.

They will be dispatched on a next working day service, with the exception of Ireland where it may take two days.
