James and Jon Penn are brothers and entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry with a passion for growing great tasting organic food. Over the last few years they have been experimenting with growing in their home gardens, but wanted to move up to a larger space and utilised the lockdown period in 2020 to kickstart their Forking Earth project.
